Valmistimme blinit Leena P\u00f6lkin opastuksella perinteisell\u00e4 reseptill\u00e4 tattarijauhoista runsaassa kirkastetussa voissa paistaen. Lisukkeiksi esivalmistelimme muikun ja kirjolohen m\u00e4ti\u00e4, kylm\u00e4savulohta, kylm\u00e4savuporoa, mets\u00e4sienihakkelusta, punasipulia sek\u00e4 smetanaa.
