Illan aiheena oli Australia ja Yalumban viinit. Toimitusjohtaja Timo Vainonen Heino Juomat Oy:st\u00e4 piti esityksen Australian viinituotannosta sek\u00e4 Australian vanhimman viiniyrityksen Yalumban historiasta ja toiminnasta.<\/p>\n<p>Aloitimme illan maistelemalla Jansz Premium Cuvee Brut -kuohuviini\u00e4, joka on Yalumban nykyisin omistavan tasmanialaisen Janszin kestosuosikki.\u00a0 Viini on moniulotteinen, hedelm\u00e4inen ja raikkaan hapokas kuohuviini, joka on tehty perinteisell\u00e4 menetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4 samppanjan perusryp\u00e4leist\u00e4 Chardonnay, Pinot Noir ja Pinot Meunier. Muut maisteltavat viinit olivat punaisia. Saimme maistaa eri hinta- ja laatuluokan punaviinej\u00e4, \u00a0ja oli opettavaista todeta merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4t erot kun viinien hinta vaihteli 10 eurosta \u00a050 euroon. Yhteiseksi suosikiksi nousi selv\u00e4sti the Signature 2008, joka on Cabernet Sauvignonin ja Shirazin sekoitus.
