Teemana olivat blinit ja viinit. Tapahtumaan osallistui 22 munskalaista, joista noin puolet osallistui my\u00f6s blinien valmistukseen.<\/p>\n<p>Valmistimme blinit <em>Leena P\u00f6lkin<\/em> opastuksella perinteisell\u00e4 reseptill\u00e4 tattarijauhoista runsaassa kirkastetussa voissa paistaen. Monien mielest\u00e4 Jansz-kuohuviini ja riesling-valkoviini sopivat tasapainoisimmin yhdess\u00e4 blinien kanssa. Muitakin mielipitetit\u00e4 oli, kuten yleens\u00e4kin tasting-tilaisuuksissamme.<\/p>\n<p>Blinit lisukkeineen olivat herkullisia: yht\u00e4k\u00e4\u00e4n ei j\u00e4\u00e4nyt j\u00e4ljelle. J\u00e4lkiruokana oli Cointreau-p\u00e4\u00e4ryn\u00f6it\u00e4 ja sinihomejuustoj\u00e4\u00e4tel\u00f6\u00e4, jonka kanssa maistelimme Tosti Butterfly Demi -Sec spumantea Trebbiano- ja Moscato-ryp\u00e4leist\u00e4.
